Monday, December 2:
9:00 – Gathering on the topic of “Violence against women in the digital space” hosted by CREDIF. Location: CREDIF
10:00 – Press conference by the Food and Environmental Sovereignty Observatory (OSAE) kicking off the opening of its annual “Food and Environmental Sovereignty Days” event. 9:00 – A plenary (full) session of parliament is being held to discuss a law relating to the 2019 budget, according to the Facebook page of the parliamentary bloc of the Ennahdha party. Needed the official website of the Parliament nor its Facebook page appear to provide any details about the session.
9:00 – A workshop is being held to present the results of the study on violence against teenage girls. Location: CREDIF
18:30 – A panel discussion is being held on the work of people with disabilities. Location: Institut français de Tunisie.
Wednesday, December 4:
8:00 – The UGTT is holding a workers rally in front of its headquarters to mark the anniversary of the assassination of Farhat Hached on December 5, 1952.
10:00 – A book discussion is being held on the book “Society of Resistance,” presented by Qassim ElGharbi. Location: CERES.
17:30 – A workshop is being held to discuss the history of the Tunisian League of Human Rights (LTDH). Location: IRMC
Friday, December 6:
15:30 – A march is being held under the slogan of “Let’s Change the System, Let’s Protect the Climate.” The march is being organized by the Food and Environmental Sovereignty Observatory (OSAE) as part of its annual “Food and Environmental Sovereignty Days” event. Location: Bourguiba avenue, downtown Tunis.
Saturday, December 7:
14:30 – A daylong conference is being held to present the results of a study on brain drain in Tunisia. Hosted by the Konrad Adenauer Foundation and Tounes Al Fatet. Location: Hotel Africa.
