Monday, September 2:
00:01 – The presidential campaign officially launches, to end September 14, one day before voting begins in Tunisia (voting abroad begins earlier).
Tuesday, September 3:
8:00 – The 16th International Inter-Ministerial Conference on South-South Cooperation in Population & Development is being held. Location: Palace Hotel, Gammarth.
Thursday, September 5:
21:00 – Sufi musical performance and cultural event. Location: Sidi Bou Said.
Friday, September 6:
9:30 – The Maghreb Media Center is hosting a political discussion on the topic of “Dozens of Presidential Candidates: Why and who profits?” with two lawyers, one political candidate for legislative elections, and a journalist. Location: Hotel Africa.
17:00 – Open meeting for a new committee to promote biking and fight pollution in Tunisia, hosted by Vélorution Tunisie. Location: Dar Bisklet, 5 Rue Hadrumete.
Saturday, September 7:
9:30 to 12:00 – Debate on the meaning of the upcoming elections and their potential effect on public life, hosted by the NGO Nachaz (Dissonance). Location: El Teatro, Avenue Ouled Haffouz, Belvedere.
